All cabins require:

- One time non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 upon move in

- One time background/eviction check on anyone over the age of 18

- Security deposit of $200 (refundable if no damages/missing items)

- Pets are allowed up to 60lbs with a $100 pet fee per pet (2 max)

 (no aggressive breeds or mixes of are allowed)
